1. Shipping Methods & Costs

We cover the shipping costs for you – regardless of your order value or destination. That means you always pay €0 for shipping.

 

2. Delivery Times

• Germany: 1–2 business days

• Austria & Switzerland: 3–4 business days

• Other EU countries & the UK: up to 8 business days

 The delivery time begins once your order has been shipped. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is on the way.

 

3. Shipment Tracking

As soon as your package is on its way, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link. This allows you to see where your delivery is and when it will arrive.

 

4. Customs & Import Duties

• Switzerland:
  
  Thanks to our partnership with MeinEinkauf.ch, we deliver to Switzerland duty-free (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid). There are no additional customs fees or import charges for you – all costs are already included in the product price.
  
  
• UK & other countries outside the EU:
  
  Customs duties or import charges may apply. These are levied by the local authorities and must be paid by you upon receipt of the goods.
